Delivery Information

Our distribution centers are located in Canada and in several EU countries. Depending on the product, it may come from anywhere. If it is to come from Canada, you may be expected to pay small duties and taxes, or you may not, depending on which country you are in. Currently, we can only insure products that are shipped to Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands. If you live in any of these three countries, you can purchase optional insurance corresponding to the amount of product you are purchasing. Insurance will be void if you fail to pay duties and taxes, which are usually about 5-7 euros, or if a delivery attempt was made but the product was not claimed or you failed to pick it up from the local post office. There is absolutely no insurance if insurance was not purchased or if you are in a country where insurance is currently not available. It happens from time to time that some products may get stopped by the local customs office, but it's just part of life, and we keep going. We know how to ship.

Shipping cost is flat rate 5 euros not matter of the size of the order.
